Why I Love This Salad

I love this salad because its quick and easy to make.  When I'm running late for work and just need to grab something, this is usually my go-to meal.  While other meals can make you feel sluggish after eating them, this salad makes me feel full of energy, which I LOVE. This is always a plus. Its easily digested and it tastes good too!

The Ingredients I Use:

  • Baby Spinach

  • Organic Yoga Salad

  • Crasins

  • Chopped Pecans

  • Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
